Wir buchen nicht bloß Geschäftsreisen, sondern nehmen zuvor das Budget unter die Lupe und durchleuchten die gesamte Prozesskette: von der Genehmigung einer Reise über die Buchung bis zur Reisekostenabrechnung. Wir sorgen dafür, dass Reisende sicher und produktiv unterwegs sind und auch während der Reise umsichtige Entscheidungen treffen. Travel Manager und Einkäufer:innen unterstützen wir dabei, den Erfolg ihres Geschäftsreisekonzepts zu steigern.
Nach einer intensiven Einschulung sehen wir folgende Tätigkeiten im Client & Program Management für Sie vor:
Ihre Aufgaben
- Kundenservice und Kontaktpflege per Telefon / E-Mail
- Datenvorbereitung und Analyse
- Kundenzufriedenheitsanalysen
- Implementierung von Neukund:innen & Bestandskund:innen
- Marketing & Support Aktivitäten
- Reklamationsmanagement
- Finanzberichte erstellen
- Newsletter Bearbeitung
Ihr Profil
- Persönlichkeit mit Ausstrahlung und Kontaktstärke
- Kaufmännisches Grundwissen
- Freude an der Kommunikation
- Eigeninitiative und lösungsorientierte sowie selbstständige Arbeitsweise
- Sehr gute Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse
- Gute Kenntnisse in der Anwendung von MS Podukten im speziellen von Excel (u.a. Erstellung von Pivot-Tabellen,...)
- Vorkenntnisse in Reisebüro Reservierungssystemen von Vorteil
- Analytisches Verständnis
- Zahlenaffinität
