ABOUT THE JOB

  • Provide proper onsite management of Infrastructure incidents, request, and projects. Ensure a successful solution of problems, control and process improvement and increase customer satisfaction and business objectives. Your expertise includes the following areas but not limited to that: 
    • M365 support 
    • W10 support (including imaging) 
    • Issues troubleshooting 
    • General user’s support 
    • Onboarding of Users and devices included but not limited to iPads, Fixed Phones, Mobiles and point of sales devices
  • Manage relationship and accountability with IT Suppliers (H/W, S/W & Telco) including SLAs, RFPs, quotations to it level of responsibility 
  • Responsible for the availability, capacity, performance, and security of operating platforms  
  • Design and manage configuration processes, capacity, and operation of systems. 
  • Take accountability in the development of local systems, defining the ways of working within Agile methodologies 
  • Commit to continuous growth and develop of your IT skillset including excellent development of use of soft skills

ABOUT YOU

  • Strong experience 
  • Excellent communication skills with advanced level of English and Spanish languages 
  • Degree / Diploma in Information Technology, Computer Science or a related discipline desirable.SME (Subject Matter Expert) in certain IT areas. 
  • Strong Customer Services Skills: Polite, Professional, and Polished.  
  • Experience and /or certifications on any of the following technologies is highly valued:
    • Extensive experience with Windows 10 (/11)  
    • Experience with Office 365 
    • Experience Apple iPads, iPhones  
    • Experience with Smartphones 
    • IP (VOIP) Telephony  
    • Networking Switches (Fortiswitch or Cisco) and Access Points (Aruba) 
    • Work with 3rd party vendors, acting as liaisons e.g., Telecom, Mobile  
  • Any experience in cloud solution and/or any digital platforms is considered as extra asset
