The Programme: Our International Graduate Programme is a two-year journey that offers unparalleled opportunities for professional growth, personal development, and international exposure. Designed to mould future leaders in the travel and tourism industry, the programme is structured around four six-month rotations (e.g. Marketing, Engineering & Maintenance, Commercial, Crew Planning, Strategy, Procurement, Airline Operations, Innovation & Digitalisation etc.). This structure allows you to experience different facets of our business, helping you to discover your strengths, passions, and aspirations within TUI.

ABOUT OUR OFFER

  • We offer a competitive salary for the role depending on the country you are living and working in. 
  • This is a 24-month graduate programme working in a hybrid environment enabling you to work from home and also to get to know TUI colleagues in the office. Please note that if you are applying to work from one of our locations in the Nordics you will have to visit the office weekly due to legal provisions. 
  • Currently TUI is unable to provide visa sponsorship, you must have permanent right to live and work in one of the countries listed above without sponsorship to be eligible to apply. This includes applicants in possession of a Tier 4 Student visa.

ABOUT YOU

  • Please note that to be eligible we would welcome applications from our main employing locations (Austria, Belgium, Denmark, Finland, France, Germany, Ireland, Netherlands, Norway, Poland, Spain, Sweden, Switzerland, UK) 
  • Recent graduate with a bachelor's or master's degree. 
  • Passion for travel and tourism. 
  • Strong leadership potential and a desire to drive positive change. 
  • International mobility between our office locations (Hanover, London, Dublin, Rijswijk, Oostende, Stockholm, Vienna, Palma) 
  • English language skills to business standard, additional European language skills will be advantageous. 
  • Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
