Front Office , Badges & Uniforms

In this function you will rotate between three departments: front office, badges and uniforms. You will be assigned to one or the other depending on the need on that day. Below you can find some information about the three departments. 

Front office: Overall, you are responsible for welcoming our guests, answering and forwarding phone calls, receiving and sending packages and letters. Next to that you will also support the business (cf. with events, broken luggage, helping with onboarding and off boarding, updating files, filing documents etc.). 

Badges: You are responsible for everything that has to do with follow systems, national and international airport badges, company badges and parking badges. You will also be responsible for submitting and following background checks, looking for improvements in the department and support queries from employees.

Uniforms: You will be handling and monitoring day to day operations in the uniform department (cf. inventory, measuring, fittings, invoices…). You are a contact person for the uniform department and help people with different queries. You will also give logistical support and monitor if suppliers respect the SLA’s.

ABOUT YOU

•    You’re a multi-tasking, problem-solver and hands-on people person;
•    Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal in Dutch, English and French. Accuracy and attention to detail in every task is one of your strengths;
•    A strong team player ethos and a passionate work ethic;
•    Sense of ownership and pride in your performance and its impact on company’s success;
•    You are customer focused and always aiming to be the best;
•    You have a flair for talking and engaging with internal and external customers;
•    Good time-management skills: Highly organized, disciplined and flexible, you excel  in a 'can do' approach;
•    You have an in-depth knowledge of office management tool such as MS Office (Microsoft office - advanced in Word, Excel, PowerPoint & Outlook)
