ABOUT THE JOB

  • Reporting to the Regional Director, you'll ensure the smooth execution of all port, airport, hotel, transfer, and shore excursion operations while managing day-to-day team performance and addressing operational issues in real-time.
  • You'll lead and coordinate port operations, including airport, hotel, transfers, and shore excursions, ensuring efficient processes and seamless teamwork among staff.
  • Working with the scheduling team, you'll plan staffing levels according to operational needs, ensuring appropriate resources are available for each operation.
  • Building strong relationships is key—you'll establish and maintain ongoing communication with cruise ships, port authorities, and other internal and external stakeholders.
  • Collaborating closely with Key Account Managers and commercial colleagues, you'll foster relationships with cruise lines, ensuring valuable feedback is collected and acted upon.
  • When last-minute operational changes happen at the pier, you'll handle them with ease, ensuring suppliers and teams are promptly informed and prepared to adapt.
