We are seeking savvy and skilled individuals like you to join our diverse team of Contact Centre. 

Become part of our TUI Contact Centre team and support our 24/7 service, supporting our TUI and Third Party Guests. As the friendly local voice of TUI- You will use single as an opportunity to make our quests smile and ‘live happy’.

ABOUT OUR OFFER   

  • A job at our TUI Contact Centre offers much more than your basic salary which already starts at $430,100.00 DOP gross/year. 
  • 14 days of Holiday (on a full year) + we give you two extra days (on your Birthday and one Happy day). 
  • We offer hybrid working on permanent contracts. 
  • You will be working 5 days and have 2 days off on shift pattern.

ABOUT THE JOB 

  • When guests contact us related to our Trips & Activities booked through our digital channels - you will be the one to listen and respond. 
  • You will also guide our guests and travel agencies through our online booking systems. 
  • A key part you play is to collaborate with our suppliers and your Destination Management colleagues to resolve issues quickly and efficiently.  
  • With each guest contact you have it will soon become clear – it really is you that can make a difference and help our guests to smile 

ABOUT YOU 

  • You are a true people person - confident communicating to international guests, travel agencies and suppliers. 
  • You can quickly learn, with technical skills to operate multiple online systems at once and still deliver excellent customer service.  
  • Strong verbal & written in English and a plus if you also speak one or more of the following languages - German, Dutch, French or Polish.
