Join our Intercruises Shoreside and Port Services team in Southampton, where you'll lead operations that bridge the gap between land and sea, ensuring cruise passengers experience seamless journeys every time.

ABOUT THE JOB

  • You'll lead our Southampton-based team in delivering outstanding turnaround services, ensuring every operational detail meets our industry-leading standards
  • Building and nurturing relationships is key – you'll work closely with cruise line clients, port authorities, transport and accommodation suppliers, maintaining partnerships that drive success
  • Taking full ownership of commercial responsibilities including P&L management, you'll collaborate across functions to prepare compelling proposals for potential clients
  • You'll champion learning and development within your teams, driving performance management, employee engagement and recruitment of full-time, part-time and pier staff
  • Leading all operational requirements, you'll deliver seamless customer journeys whilst meeting our SLA agreements and service KPIs
  • Ensuring complete operational coverage is essential – this includes weekend work and emergency phone coverage as part of the role



ABOUT YOU

  • You bring proven experience in destination management with strong knowledge of customer-focused operations, particularly within the cruise industry
  • Your commercial awareness helps you balance product innovation with cost effectiveness, and you've successfully managed varied client accounts
  • Even under pressure, you're a high-quality decision maker who stays calm and focused
  • As a proven leader, you've got great communication skills and know how to motivate diverse teams working in operational and customer-facing roles
  • Delivering the highest levels of service to both internal and external customers is something you're genuinely passionate about
  • Change excites you – you're always looking for better, more efficient ways of working
