The Planning & Booking Executive supports the end‑to‑end planning, booking, and coordination of cruise-related operations, including shore and river excursions, transfers, port services, and cruise turnarounds.

The role is part of the Regional Operations HUB and plays a key role in ensuring that all operational data is accurately loaded and maintained in company systems, planning activities are executed smoothly, and coordination with suppliers and internal stakeholders supports high service quality, cost efficiency, and operational consistency across multiple destinations.

This is a locally employed position. You must have the right to live and work in Greece before applying.

ABOUT YOU

  • Strong organizational and administrative skills with high attention to detail.
  • Confident working with systems, data, and multiple workflows in a fast‑paced environment.
  • Ability to work independently and adapt quickly to operational changes.
  • Problem‑solving mindset with the ability to suggest improvements to ways of working.
  • Strong communication and collaboration skills in an international environment.
  • Comfortable coordinating with suppliers and cross‑functional internal teams.
  • Interest in cruise tourism, shore excursions, and port operations.
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, in English. Knowledge of other languages would be an asset. 


ABOUT THE JOB

  • Receive, analyze, and prepare operational and booking data for accurate setup in internal planning systems.
  • Load, maintain, and manage cruise line portfolios across internal tools and databases.
  • Run and continuously review planning processes to meet ongoing operational requirements.
  • Plan and coordinate services including shore and river excursions, transfers, port services, and cruise turnarounds.
  • Send operational orders to suppliers through internal systems and liaise as required to ensure service readiness.
  • Monitor, manage, and update changes, modifications, and cancellations to ensure smooth operational delivery.
  • Register special requests and operational requirements accurately in the system.
  • Distribute operational and planning information across teams and relevant business areas.
  • Work closely with Port Delivery teams to support smooth execution during cruise calls.
  • Report operational incidents in internal systems and support follow‑up with internal stakeholders.
  • Support cost optimization and sales planning activities in line with budgets and service standards.
  • Assist with financial reconciliation, administrative follow‑up, and basic operational reporting.
