Internship Global Marketing

Do you want to work on marketing campaigns that inspire millions worldwide? Are you creative, organised and do you enjoy collaborating with different teams? Join our Central Marketing team as an intern!

As an intern in Global Marketing & Campaign Management, you'll work on campaigns that are rolled out across different countries. You'll help develop creative content for TV, online video, outdoor, audio, digital, social media and print. You'll ensure that all markets communicate the same strong TUI message, adapted to local needs.

What will you do?

Your tasks:

• You'll support the development of impactful marketing campaigns for an international audience
• You'll help create campaign toolkits and guidelines for different markets
• You'll collaborate with internal teams and our creative agency on new campaign ideas
• You'll deliver creative assets for brand and performance advertising
• You'll manage administrative tasks such as purchase orders and collect data for campaign analysis
• You'll be a brand ambassador, ensuring everyone follows TUI brand guidelines

Who are you?

• You're studying for an HBO or university degree in marketing, communication or a related field
• You're fluent in English (essential); knowledge of Dutch is a big plus
• You're creative and detail-oriented
• You can manage multiple projects at once
• You communicate easily with different stakeholders
• You're proactive and solution-oriented
