Join TUI Hotels & Resorts as Engineer in our TUI BLUE Adriatic Beach, Živogošće, Croatia, where you will be responsible for maintaining and repairing building systems and equipment, resolving technical issues, and ensuring the safe and efficient operation of the property.

All applicants must be fluent in Croatian and English. Due to work permit restrictions, applicants must be from a European Union country.

ABOUT THE JOB

• Identifies the causes of electrical, mechanical, and equipment failures and works on troubleshooting and repairs.
• Maintains all types of plumbing and electrical installations and equipment within the facility and resolves faults.
• Performs preventive maintenance on equipment and machinery in accordance with the manufacturer’s recommendations.
• Maintains records of completed work and materials used and submits them for review to the supervisor.
• Reports any potential hazards identified during work activities.
• Performs other duties as assigned by the Maintenance Manager.

ABOUT YOU

• Vocational or technical qualification in electrical, mechanical, plumbing, or a related field
• Minimum of one year of experience in maintenance, technical services, or a similar role
• Good knowledge of building systems, equipment, and general repair procedures
• Ability to diagnose and troubleshoot technical issues efficiently
• Good organisational and problem-solving skills
• Responsible, reliable, and proactive approach to work
• Valid B category driving licence
