Join TUI Hotels & Resorts as a Learning & Development Specialist (L&D) in Croatia, located in Živogošće or Dubrovnik. You will be responsible for coordinating and supporting learning, onboarding and employee development activities across our hotel operations. The role focuses on strengthening employee competencies, supporting leadership development and ensuring a consistent onboarding and training experience in line with TUI standards and company values.

All applicants must be fluent in Croatian and English. Due to work permit restrictions, applicants must be from a European Union country. Applications open until Sunday 17th May. ABOUT THE JOB

• Coordinates and supports onboarding activities for new employees across hotel departments
• Organises and coordinates internal trainings, workshops and development programs
• Supports implementation and administration of e-learning platforms and digital learning tools
• Cooperates with department heads and Training Ambassadors in identifying training and development needs
• Tracks training participation, employee progress and learning records
• Participates in the development and improvement of onboarding and training materials, procedures and standards
• Supports leadership development initiatives and employee engagement activities
• Assists in strengthening company culture and values through learning and development initiatives
• Provides support in internal communication and employee development projects

Ensures learning activities are aligned with company standards and operational needs

ABOUT YOU

Bachelor’s or Master’s degree (VŠS / VSS)
• Minimum of two years’ experience in Learning & Development, HR or a similar role
• Excellent knowledge of English, both written and spoken
• Strong organisational and communication skills
• Passion for people development, learning and employee experience
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a dynamic environment
• Valid B category driving licence
• Advanced proficiency in MS Office
• Experience with e-learning platforms and training coordination is considered an advantage
