Join TUI Hotels as Cook located in Dalmatia where you will be responsible for supporting the Head Chef in preparing and delivering high-quality food, ensuring smooth daily kitchen operations, and maintaining high levels of guest satisfaction. You will assist in food preparation and presentation, ensuring that all kitchen standards and hygiene procedures are followed, and maintaining consistency in all dishes served. You will also work closely with the Food & Beverage team and other departments to ensure efficient communication and a high-quality dining experience in line with TUI standards.

All applicants must be fluent in both English and Croatian. Due to work permit restrictions, applicants must be from a European Union country.

ABOUT THE JOB

• Participates in preparing the kitchen for operation (kitchen and kitchen equipment, storage areas, refrigeration units, etc.)
• Prepares all types of dishes in accordance with procedures, professional standards, and written and verbal instructions from supervisors
• Processes and prepares meat, fish, and other meal ingredients
• Ensures that prepared meals meet established standards
• Participates in the implementation of HACCP standards
• Applies agreed measurements and quantities in food preparation, as defined in recipes, production guidelines, and menus

ABOUT YOU

• Vocational or secondary school education
• Must be either a Croatian or EU national to apply for this role
• Previous experience in the same position in high-category hotels is preferred
• Good level of spoken and written English
• Motivated, responsible, and communicative person
